NO COST TO YOU. The cost is compensated by a placement fee directly from the meeting facility.

In fact, Hybrid Meetings will credit 10% of the placement fee towards your meeting costs!

Cost Containment

Cost containment is a top priority for Hybrid Meetings. Every meeting has a budget and requires a significant investment of planning time, energy and money.

We will negotiate with meeting facilities regarding room rates, banquet charges and audio/visual, which will result in tremendous savings for you.  We will also ensure that deposit schedules, cut-off dates, rooming list requirements, attrition and cancellation clauses, as well as the Force Majeure, are in the best interest for your company.

Also, there will be complete transparency and total disclosure with regards to the disbursement of the placement fee.

Disbursement of the placement fee is as follows:

10% – to the cost of your meeting
10% – to an approved children’s charity or an approved organization that supports green initiatives
80% – to Hybrid Meetings
