Malcolm Teixeira is the President of Hybrid Meetings, a minority company.  He is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Malcolm brings a keen perspective to the site selection process since he has been a General Manager of hotels with large meeting facilities in North America and the Caribbean.  He then worked in the Amoco/BP travel department for 18 years, where he managed board meetings, president awards functions and departmental meetings.

Before leaving BP, Malcolm negotiated the rate for the Amoco Hotel Program and BP Houston hotels, helped established the Meeting Facilities Safety Standards and encouraged all BP travel vendors to adopt green standards.
